Track Your Order

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take several business days to begin showing activity after a shipping label is created.

Need help locating an order?

Email papayitatechnall@gmail.com with your Shopify order number and the email address used for the purchase. For your security, do not send payment-card information.

If your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive separately.
